I’m a Senior UX Designer with 20+ years shaping healthcare and enterprise products, brand systems, and design teams. I lean on strategy, research, prototyping and a strong visual eye to turn messy problems into products that feel intuitive, deliver on business goals and are genuinely helpful to the end user. My extensive background user experience, brand design and creative direction gives me a unique advantage as a UX leader. It allows me to approach complex challenges with a clear strategic perspective and then follow it up with strong design instincts.
I thrive in ambiguous environments where teams are struggling to align around a shared direction. I listen closely, involve the right people who can move the work forward, and help teams clarify the problem together. I work to make sure every stakeholder is heard, and that clarity helps me align priorities and balance business goals with user needs.
